Ordering Skylights:

confusion at time of ordering.
On bulk orders, one
(1) pallet or more, we can offer you discounts directly from the
manufacturer, even on custom skylights.

Make sure to include
your order # and project name, as soon as the check clears your order
will be placed. This usually requires approximately 2-3 business
days.
Shipment of
Skylights:
Standard size
skylights will generally ship within 3-4 business days.
Custom sized
skylight orders will generally ship in 10-12 business days.
Some exceptions do
apply and these will be noted at time of order.
Most orders will
ship by freight line and must ship to a commercial address, or be
subject to residential delivery charges and possible 1-2 day delay.
Please inspect
crates and boxes carefully at time of delivery, any damage claims must
be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.
International Sales:
International sales and
shipments will be addressed on an individual basis at the time of

Return Policy:
Standard size
skylights may be returned within ten (10) days from date of
reception. All skylights must be in new condition and are subject to
25% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges incurred by
returning merchandise are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Any and all returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization
number, which can be obtained by contacting Skylight Sales, Inc.
within the ten (10) day return period.
Custom skylights
orders will not be eligible for refund. Certain circumstances may
warrant special consideration and this will be handled on a per order
basis. If any custom-fabricated merchandise is found to be acceptable
for return, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply. All shipping and
handling charges incurred by returning merchandise are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. Some exceptions do apply and these
will be noted at time of order. Any and all returns must be
accompanied by a Return Authorization number, which can be obtained by
contacting Skylight Sales, Inc. within the ten (10) day return period.
